This location is always on its game! When there's a long line at the drive thru it seems like its constantly moving and you don't even feel like you waited 10 cars back. Recently I had stopped in a couple of times right when they opened. They were super spunky, welcoming and ready to take my order. They were chatty and I felt so bad going in right when they opened but they didn't make me feel that way. I also needed a drink that would wake me up and keep me up and they did just that. I love this location!!

Plenty of parking, fast free google wifi and great baristas! Only downside is the way the drive thru is designed, when it gets busy, you sometimes get stuck.

I love this location as it makes my drink perfect every time, even when we come in with large orders. The staff here is very personable. The location has a very homey feel inside and the patio area is great to just sit and lax for a while.

Located just a few blocks off of I-4 this is a great Starbucks location and the locals all seem to agree by the massive traffic jam at the entrance to the drive through, there were cars literally approaching the drive through from every angle possible. As I inched my way into position I notice an employee out in the parking lot with a head set on walking up and down the line of cars taking orders and directing traffic to keep the line moving efficiently. Apparently this wasn't the first time he's been assigned this task he seen to know a lot of the regulars, but greeted everyone with a smile and a good morning I thought this was a pretty creative way to deal with the masses that were determined to get their caffeine fix me included. Surprisingly this method seem to work out well the line moved at a acceptable pace and most importantly my order was correct and ready when I approached the window to pay. What first seemed to be a cluster of confusion actually was very organized chaos.

These folks make the best cappuccino and are super friendly. Great atmosphere . My drinks are always perfect the way I like them. And east to get to and park. Close to the grocery store. The delightful staff couldn't be nicer

The quickest drive thru with the most genuinely cheerful staff. No other Starbucks in the area compares.

I usually go to the Starbucks located in the Springs plaza, but I decided to go to this one because I had a big order and wanted to use the drive thru. I ordered a blackberry mojito tea lemonade, blonde roast coffee, caramel frap and I usually order an iced white chocolate mocha but I decided to have it hot this morning. When I ordered, the lady on the intercom was initially nice but throughout my order she became impatient and rude with me. (I had everything written down and nobody was behind me so I wasn't taking up anyone's time) When I said I wanted a white chocolate mocha she got smart with me and said, "well which kind?" I replied, "I don't know, I usually just order it iced, but I'd like to have it hot today with cream and sugar on the side please." She tried to explain to me the difference in a condescending way of how people order it and when I didn't respond quickly enough, she goes okayyyy.. so I just said I'd have the first one. Honestly. I was done speaking to her at that point. I'm not a barista, it's her job to educate me on the difference in a positive, enthusiastic way not in a manner that makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her because I don't know the difference. When I got up to the window, someone else was handing out my drinks (I could tell by the voice). The girl handing me my drinks said oh, I'm sorry we don't have the blonde roast and I asked her if there was another light selection of coffee and she shook her head no. So the girl behind her, who was the girl I initially dealt with over the intercom said, "Sorry, I made dark roast instead." So I told her to just cancel the order and the girl behind her asks, "what did she say?" Lol just wow. Starbucks has amazing coffee but for the price, I expect a great experience to go along with it. I would much rather get out of my car and go into the Starbucks in the Springs Plaza than to deal with this again.

Friendly staff and well run considering how busy this location can be. My only complaint...Clean the tables outside in the morning. This would make a huge improvement in the appearance when you approach the building, and would make it far more enjoyable to sit outside with your coffee.

Starbucks is a big and successful company, and they have perfected the art of creating ambiance and how they want their beverages made. It's hard to give a review for a place that is just like every other location I've been to. Sure, there are little changes here and there, but nothing that is going to change a review or how anyone should feel about the location. The parking lot is easy to access, they have plenty of parking, and you have both the option to go in and to use the drive-thru. When I went in, I was greeted with a smile, asked within 20 seconds what I wanted to order, and was out the door in the next few minutes. They have their process down and I didn't expect any less. The coffee for the company, overall - not just this location, is expensive for what you're getting. What can you do though? This is the culture they have created, and the product they want you to buy. If you're looking for Starbucks and are passing by this one and are wondering if you should go in because you're wondering if they're going to be as good as their other corporate stores... quit wondering. They're all the same. :)

I love coming here whenever I come home, the people make my experience so smooth and I always leave with a smile on my face. They know my mom really well and so recognize me whenever I come home :). I have recently tried the eggnog latte, and I think I'm in love but I will still always return to my favorite drink...iced vanilla latte. Love this place.

Had a first date here. Met a girlfriend's parents for the first time here. Sat & just relaxed here. It was good for all! Hey, it's Starbucks and you know what they serve & what it tastes like. This place has nice outdoor seating, nice indoor seating, a drive-thru, and great service. That's 5-star for me!

This quickly became my favorite Starbucks but you have to actually go inside. Facing the always crowded drive-thru will leave you with frustration. I'm a creature of habit. I always order an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich. Reading through some of the earlier reviews, I was surprised to see complaints about consistency. My drink always comes out right and tastes the same as the last time I had one. Being a repeat morning customer, I'm starting to enjoy that Danielle and "M" (the barista who everyone calls "M" but I still haven't really learned her real name) recognize and talk to me by name these days. I like that the management is quick to notice mistakes or delayed orders and compensate with small gift cards at times that are necessary. The WiFi also works at this location and never seems to lag or experience an outage like some of the other locations around. One of these days, I'll have to try something different but I like my old standard.

Starbucks is Starbucks, and you can ALWAYS count on a reliable cup of coffee. BUT, what makes this Starbucks stand out from the rest is the super friendly, and upbeat service. Seriously, the lady on the drive through taking my order was super nice, and friendly! When you only have a crummy speaker to make that first impression on your customer, you know you have done well and delighted your customers if they feel warm and fuzzy on the inside before they get their drink. :) The seasonal Chestnut Praline Soy Frappaccuino was delicious and despite the wait in the drive through, I'd continue to go back in a heart beat because they certainly started my day off right. :) Hopefully you'll also enjoy a cup of cheer on your next visit. :) Cheers!

As others have said, definitely go in. Although even getting in the parking lot is a hassle. I do like that they have the girl in the traffic safety vest coming around the drive-thru to take orders and speed things up. Ol' faithful this location is!

We needed a pit stop on our way to Tampa, so with my Starbucks Card app I found this location. Key need: not too far off the interstate. This was quite a large stand alone model with plenty of outdoor seating. The drive thru seemed to move at a nice pace, but we actually took the time to go inside. Service was prompt and courteous & the drink was made to my liking. Even though they appeared to be training a new barista at the time we were there, it didn't get in the way of getting what I needed. The barista made me giggle after my ordered my Dirty Chai. She said she called it Chai with a Shot because it sounded more polite. While I was worried I wouldn't be able to get in/out of this location easily (I've had to exit on Longwood before) it was actually quite simple and I got the benefit of the protected turn. I will really have to remember this location is here in the future.

The staff at this location acts as if they're being bothered when ordering your drink. They continually speak amongst themselves while they make your drink but at an extremely slow pace. Overall this is by far, the worst Starbucks I've visited.

Yes, I am reviewing a Starbucks. Why? Because this is an awesome Starbucks. Recently built, I believe in 2008, this Starbucks offers a few benefits over the other Starbucks in the Altamonte area. Like all Starbucks, this one also boosts an exceptionally personable and pleasant staff who are more than accommodating to your coffee needs. The advantage of this Starbucks over others in the area - very close proximity to I-4, drive-thru (only 1 in Altamonte) and plenty of electrical outlets for those carting around battery draining computers. Definitely a great place to spend an afternoon surfing the net or conducting a business meeting. Oh, and this Starbucks also stocks the yummy breakfast sandwiches. The only con - 434 traffic can be a nightmare, especially right now since they are expanding the road.

How to free yourself from Starbucks. 1. Visit this Starbucks. 2. Spend 2 years vainly trying to get the staff to produce a consistent cup of coffee in any way similar to the hundreds of other Starbucks. Let me begin by saying Sara(h) is the best employee this store has. The remaining staff, specifically Genevieve, need serious and immediate retraining. The reason you should be willing to pay 2-5 dollars for a cup of coffee is because the temperature, additives, and quality of the coffee are spot on. In one month, ordering the same beverage every day at the same time, I have received: skim milk instead of cream half and half instead of cream whole milk instead of cream 5 liquid ounces (that's three shotglasses worth) of cream in a 20 oz cup no sugar when I asked for sugar an entire pound of sugar when I asked for sugar no heat-sleeve (cause we're out) wrong sized cups (cause we're out) 10 minute wait (gotta brew more, who knew we'd be needing coffee at 6:30 AM?!?!?) Burnt coffee, what i think was Verona coffee instead of Pike, Cafe Americano instead of coffee (They are very similar, sir!) A cup of coffee and a cup of cream And the price has ranged from 1.96 to 2.24 to 2.74, all when ordering THE SAME DRINK. Double cupped coffee, with a heat-sleeve?? Cups ranging in fullness to a full two inches low, to overbrimming, so that when it comes out the window to your car you can grimace while scalding hot coffee streams over your knuckles. For some reason, again, unless Sara(h) makes the coffee, the sugar is never stirred. Ever. Period. It's just left on the bottom of the cup, a reward for anyone manly enough to brave the 19 bitter ounces of overly creamed yak, the last ounce will make your heart explode in a single sip. In all of this, I have to argue, and argue, and argue about facts. Fact: Cream is cream, heavy whipping or otherwise half and half is a creamer. It is not cream milk is not cream. You DO have cream, in a jug, under the desk, in the fridge. Yes you do. Just look. Seriously. I do not care, honestly, if you charge me for cream. You are doing me no favors by stripping 24 cents off my bill, and if you really should be charging me for it, then you are ripping off the owner of your store for no reason. I have never had a place make it so easy to not tip. In my travels, I visit on average a dozen different Starbucks in a month's time. I am incredibly sad that the one RIGHT NEXT to my house is dead to me. If a manager ever reads this, and retrains/fires the worthless, rude, and helpless employees of Spring Centre, do let me know. Til then, I will be at one of the other locations. Or even making my own. I mean, why is ANYONE paying for this "service"?

This review is for every Starbucks in the Galaxy...Every StarBucks is a haven for the weary, then beaten down, the downtrodding. Starbucks has become the corner bar. A place you feel recognized and comfortable...every knows that the consistency of their $4 dollar cup of coffee is second to none. Starbucks the superior brand that emphasizes consistency and a pleasant demeanor from their stafff is a safe haven for us all. Starbucks has become a lexicon like Kleenex and can only blame itself for its every rising popularity, I'll have a Grande Mocha and wait patiently as the caffein rushed to my veins like the Acela Train to DC bringing that overwhelming calm that makes you feel like you have it all together for $4.00 and all is right with the world"...my name is Charles and I haven't had a Grande Mocha since 10 30 this morning"..."Hello Charles..." I was just disrespected at this location. I bought the Christmas blend beans there yesterday. As I always do, I paid with my phone - as always, didn't take a receipt. The beans went on sale today. I went by there hoping to get a credit on my account. Instead they gave me a drink coupon, to which I said thank you and was ok with. But then the manager had to add a jab, by saying she was doing me a favor, because they didn't even have to give me the coupon. What?! So basically she was saying that she couldn't just take my word for it, and didn't believe me. That is one of the worst things you can do to a customer.
